Build Advanced Test Solutions That Support Critical Missions

Legion Technical Solutions (LTS) is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to join our Sensor Test Solutions team in Andover, Massachusetts.

At LTS, we connect talented engineers with technically challenging programs where their work has a visible impact. You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, integrating, and deploying sophisticated test equipment used in factory and depot environments throughout the United States and internationally.

Our project teams typically include five to ten engineers with expertise spanning RF, power, digital, and analog electrical engineering. Because our test solutions combine physical equipment with automation, engineers contribute to the development of both hardware and software.

What You Will Do

Your specific assignments will vary according to project needs, timing, and your technical background. Your work will generally include:

* Design test stations and electrical test fixtures
* Perform electrical schematic capture and PCB design
* Develop automated test software
* Integrate electrical hardware, instrumentation, fixtures, and software
* Execute assigned technical tasks in a collaborative team setting
* Support scheduled project and technical meetings
* Report progress periodically—daily, weekly, or as required by the project lead
* Help deploy reliable test solutions to factory and depot environments
* Troubleshoot multidisciplinary hardware and software issues

What Success Looks Like

The successful engineer will come up to speed quickly and make a meaningful contribution to projects involving test stations, fixtures, and automated test software. You will be comfortable working in a process-heavy engineering environment and collaborating closely with electrical, software, mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and program personnel.

Strong communication, teamwork, and technical judgment are essential because our projects are almost always executed by multidisciplinary teams of five to ten engineers.
