About the Role:
Legion Technical Solutions LLC is looking for a talented Hardware/Systems Engineer to join their team in Aurora, CO. The Hardware/Systems Engineer will provide support to include storage, retrieval, and manipulation of data for analysis and troubleshooting of system capabilities and requirements; utilize analytic devices such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for troubleshooting; monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications; support the generation of concept of operations (CONOP) and provide recommendations for system architecture. Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and integrate hardware and systems solutions to meet project requirements
  • Perform systems engineering analysis, including requirements definition, architecture design, and trade studies
  • Conduct hardware testing, verification, and validation to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers
  • Support system integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of hardware issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and reports
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in hardware design, systems integration, or related engineering discipline
  • Proficiency with hardware development tools, lab equipment, and diagnostic instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the engineering development lifecycle
  • Current TS/SCI Clearance Required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
